The ticket price for access to the courses includes: use of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), instruction in progression and safety techniques (BRIEFING), and supervision and intervention by the Staff if needed.
Access to the courses

Courses
- Minors may access the courses only with the written authorisation of an adult responsible for them.
- For under-16s an adult companion is MANDATORY (1 per 4 minors recommended), who takes on direct supervision and control along the courses, including from the ground.
- Before accessing the courses it is MANDATORY to attend the instructional briefing (use of PPE, progression and safety techniques). Staff reserve the right to advise against or deny access to anyone deemed unfit.
- Access is FORBIDDEN to people affected by serious conditions limiting physical strength, stamina, reflexes and attention, or under the effects of alcohol, drugs or medication limiting alertness, reflexes and vigilance.
- The courses are not recommended for pregnant women.
- EVERYONE PROGRESSES ALONG THE COURSES INDEPENDENTLY (MINORS UNDER THE CUSTODY AND SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT) AND UNDER THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
- It is MANDATORY to read the information and instructions on the signs at the start of and along every course.
- In bad weather (storms, strong wind) it is MANDATORY to come down from the courses and follow Staff instructions.
Personal Protective Equipment — PPE (harness, lanyard, carabiners, helmet, pulley)
- It is MANDATORY to use exclusively the PPE supplied by the Adventure Park.
- The PPE is available to each user for a maximum of 1 hour on the Children and Kids courses and 2 hours on the Adult courses. Passing it to others is FORBIDDEN.
- Everyone is responsible for it and must compensate financially in case of damage or loss.
- Anyone not returning the equipment within the time limit will be charged a supplement.
- It is MANDATORY to have the equipment (PPE) checked by the Staff when resuming activity after a break, or if it has loosened or been put back on unaided.
General information
- Suitable closed shoes are MANDATORY (e.g. trekking or trainers); tie your hair back, remove earrings and anything hanging around the neck; shoulder bags and backpacks are not allowed, a waist pouch is. Gloves are recommended for the Blue, Red and Black routes.
- In bad weather, for safety reasons, management may suspend activity on the courses until it stops.
- ANYONE BEHAVING DANGEROUSLY, PUTTING THEMSELVES AND/OR OTHERS AT RISK, WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARK. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IN ANY CASE.
